• The "Affordable Loan" tab helps estimate the loan amount you can afford based on your monthly budget or annual income.
• The "Saved" tab allows you to save mortgage information so that you don't have to input all the loan details repeatedly.
• Mortgage dates can be customized by selecting a start date. The system will calculate the dates for each payment and determine the end date of the mortgage.
